Dr. Cynthia O. Pace is a Diagnostic Facilitator and creator of the Leadership Alignment Framework™. With more than 30 years of leadership experience — including serving as a college president and CEO with over $6 million in budget oversight — Dr. Pace brings both the executive lens and the front-line fluency her clients need.
